Payment of Services
All payments made online are processed by PayPal. Through PayPal I accept all major credit cards as well as debit via your bank account. PayPal is 100% secure and never divulges your financial information to any third party. This means that the only contact information I receive from you is the information that you provide PayPal. Please ensure that your PayPal contact information is accurate and up to date!

Your contact information will be stored securely and will never be shared with a third party.

Shipping & Processing Time
Orders are checked and packed daily. My online system will automatically process your order, placing a hold on your products while payment is handled through PayPal. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and are securely packed against any damage while in transit to you.

Delivery Charges
I charge a flat rate of nine dollars ($9.00 Cdn) Canadian to ship your order anywhere in Canada! All orders are shipped by Canada Post and will be sent by Expedited Parcel when possible (orders of one or two patterns may ship by letter mail). Flat rate shipping may not apply to exceptionally large or wholesale orders.

Return Policy
I am always concerned about my customers satisfaction. Unused kits may be returned (in new condition) for store credit. Due to the nature of patterns, I do not offer an exchange on them at this time.
